Investment Allowance Guidelines
- An Investment Allowance helps tailor the design options and size to the client’s expectations.
- Investment Allowance is for wine storage system only (wholesale cost to dealer), not the entire scope of project.
- Design will reflect the budgetary estimate. If there is a conflict between the Design Request and the Investment Allowance, we will communicate before we begin the design process.

Estate Series Standard can be combined with custom elements like Elevation, Somm, wine lockers, custom architectural features, custom sizes and unique design requests.

An initial design presentation is sent for review before a custom quote is done. The quote time is dependent on the size and complexity of the design.

Estate Series are high-quality fully assembled wine storage cabinetry shipped ready to install upon delivery. No assembly required. Includes factory installed LED lighting.

Quality features include doweled individual columns (no nails), ¾” assembled box construction, joinery construction throughout to minimize visible fasteners, hand-wiped stains with automated sealer and topcoat finish and thoughtful packaging that minimizes waste materials and ensures safe delivery.

Wine Cellar Entry Door
Would you like to add a cellar entry door?
Kessick manufactures exterior grade, wood single-light (insulated glass) wine room entry doors. Our doors are constructed of the same wood species as the wine cellar and finished and shipped with the job. Doors are pre-hung with hinges, jambs, weather seals and threshold. Casing trim and handle ‘bore’ is optional. Door plan, swing and size options will be detailed in the design presentation.
